Rosa Antonia Carrillo, MSOD

Rosa is an author, speaker and consultant. She specializes in leadership development, executive coaching culture change. She is president of Carrillo Associates, Inc., whose mission is to bring clarity, understanding and energy into organizations to promote and inspire excellence.

She is a national expert in using safety improvement efforts to transform organizational performance as a result in injury free workplaces, as well as improve productivity and management/union relations.

A skilled executive coach, Rosa guides managers into leadership by helping them discover their inner greatness. She provides concrete tools that help them acquire the capabilities to inspire high performance in their colleagues and organizations.

Rosa is fluent in Spanish and English, and her Mexican-American background makes her uniquely qualified to coach men and women of Latino backgrounds. She has helped numbers of individuals understand and cross the cultural boundaries between the United States and Latin American cultures.

Mr. Carrillo has both consulted in written about how to break cycles of mistrust. Her consulting experiences include the design and implementation of cultural assessments; facilitating group processes, teambuilding, strategic planning and coaching key executive to support the implementation of strategic action plans.
